War Treaty : Before Done attacks every nation has to inform other nations..
So that they will take down airline services to halt
Civilians aircraft won't get affected by misjudgement.
This is an immediate rule needed in the UN .
(Recently civilian aircrafts got affected on anti drone missile attacks)
