Financial governance is weak in India

India has 3 financial types of governance 

(4th is scam

5th is unknown )

I include bribe , black money in 3Rd with dark transactions

Then what is second one? 

It's parallel financial government run by some groups 

It may be on the basis of caste or religion 

They have a different system for transactions

Which is not monitored by real government

They don't follow the rules of government they bypass the system 

They are not in the digital world they still use written documents for transactions so it's untraceable..

Their economy is so big

They move the real product with parallel finance ministry

Their money is always in circulation 

They don't station it at anyone place 

They have their own banking system

They fund government 

They also run the real government

Their world is so big
