SEBI : At debt bonds
Brokers make tricks
When a unit face value of bond may be 5 lakhs
At market it may be low 4.90 lakhs
But brokers sell at 10000 rs by making it fractional..
While people buy it they are not buying the real bond
They buy it from a broker who bought the full unit bond in their name.
It should be stopped
I found this last month and shocked
Retailers should get bond directly from issuer brokers are just a helpers or facilitators to buy bonds with a brokerage and they should not own that bond at any cause
But I found They buy full units in their names and sell fractional units to clients.
How does SEBI don't audit this.
Please regulate this
