New voting system suggestion just copied from other developed countries .
If someone wants to vote through letter/Post/Mail
(Non government working person)
1. Register through online using Voter ID or using Aadhaar number.
2. Will receive a mail/post from election commission within 2 days
3. Which consists of voting sheet, & user manual guide,
4. Cast your vote by the procedure and sign on the place you have voted and also sign on below as accepting conditions.
5. Scan the QR code on the voting sheet using EC dedicated mobile app.
(Which recognizes the authenticity of the sheet)
6 . Using
same to invite/call the postman to pick up you voting sheet which is pasted as per the rules.
7. while postman receiving it from you, He will scan another QR code above the letter sheet.
8. You will receive confirmation notification as your vote has been posted.
9. Post man will send it to the Vote counting centre
10. Just like courier transit tracking method person who voted can track the vote letter sheet.
11. In vote counting center they will scan the QR code again while receiving it from their postman.
12. That means persons vote has been delivered and waited for counting.
13. On counting day as usual manual counting or automated counting may happen as per the facilities available.
14. Scanned copies of the vote casted on letter sheet can be generated after 24hrs of the counting in automated process .
15. So that people can verify their vote letter is same and their vote has been same.
I think this will be the safe method for voting than EVM or Ballots .
Even people who reside in other states can also vote in this process.
Only one disadvantage is Person who casts vote should have a smart phone.
