India fund it rightly

PM fund or CM fund: which is better at the time of #Pandemic and #Disaster :

If not war or combat against terrorism CM fund is better for state.

If you want to fund for disaster relief in a state example Kerala means give it to Kerala CM fund and directly pay to that state..
Same process for Pandemic.

I don't say don't pay for PM fund..
But if you pay for that it won't reach at time..
Example
If you are in Tamilnadu and paying to PM fund for disaster relief  in Tamilnadu means it's a waste of time.
You can directly pay for Tamilnadu CM fund because there will be no need for TN CM to ask for PM fund (if you fill it with sufficient)

#Pandemic situation

If you pay for PM fund means that money is for whole India ..

It doesn't means your state will get all the benefits..
That money goes to the PM decided purposes..

If it was funded for CM fund.
It will be sufficient for the state to tackle the  situation..
Without requesting for more money from PM.

So decide and fund correctly..

Whether your fund is for state
Or
For the whole nation.

Pandemic is different from natural disaster
And they are different from war .

Right funding will lead to Right process
