Kerala land of mountains is a place of rain and floods ,
Gov must ensure accurate weather report and warnings, Rivers and Canals should be maintained properly.
Dangerous zones should be marked .
Have to ensure good alert systems.
Every year they're facing this.
Search for new plans to bypass the natural river and build up some artificial canals which directly takes water to the Arabian sea or divert water towards Tamilnadu by artificial tunnels.
So that intensity of the flood can be reduced
