Yes it won't work in current situation 

People won't give opportunity for all in start up hub and innovators won't get investors other than their caste and religion.

Why India is lacking in innovations ?

And why they run abroad like silicon valley to start up a company..

Indian top business giants will take all the opportunity of the poor innovators without investing on their innovations..

Stop thinking.. my mind says.. Start doing

And India have to adopt this system.

Free Wi-Fi (basic amenities )

Free Entry to anyone

Already there are some tax cuts but it's only working for the people who already scam gov by fake companies..

Real ones are not aware..

Innovators just register 

And show up their innovations in front of investors on a meet up..

If investors likes to make an agreement with innovators in this area it should be free..

They can make their own share dealings at their own choice..

Gov just don't need to interfere until their dreams has an output .
