Industrialisation
Intercaste Marriage
Will eradicate everything this was the thought.

Industrialisation brought workplace discrimination forcefully
Intercaste Marriage brought honour killing
Industrialisation and Intercaste marriage is needed but it has a loophole we've to clear it.

Erase the surnames
Erase the caste certificate's
Ban caste organisations
Bring strict laws

Then after next 10 years everything will slowly start to change.
After 15 to 20 years there will be no reservation, I mean caste based reservation.
but I can't assure there may not be discrimination .

(During Digitalisation, In digital world at Social Network age: I wrote this.Its not a complete freedom we've Its a open gateway it gave us First open source opportunity to land our thoughts to rest of the world :)

இந்த கேள்வி உச்சநீதிமன்ற நீதிபதிகளுக்கு அல்ல

Instead of scrapping reservation in colleges remove the total caste system,Then there is no need of Reservation.

Without removing caste from society
people continuously focusing on caste reservation removal in education and jobs.

Only in Education and Jobs people wanted revolution ? What about the social factors (injustice) ....comes behind caste.. There must be a equal justice . Social Justice.
There must be no caste in Marriages .
There must be no caste in Temples.
There must be no separate colonies in villages .

There must be no separate drinking water taps in villages.

Why people don't talk about this ?

(Socially Its very hard to live in India with this idiotic caste system. Caste system is not yet abolished its there everywhere in India.)
