 கல்லூரி முடித்ததும் 

Short term &

Long term goals 

என்று இரண்டாக பிரித்துகொள்ள வேண்டும் .

Short term என்பது கஷ்டமாக இருக்கும் ஆனால் அது long term Goal அடைய முன் ஏற்பாடாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.

Short term Goal என்பதின் கால அளவு 5 ஆண்டுகள்.

Short term Goal லில் சம்பளத்தை விட அனுபவத்தை அடைய முயல வேண்டும்.

Long term Goal என்பது short term Goal லில் கற்ற பாடத்தை செயல்படுத்த தொடங்கும் இடம் .

இப்படி தான் IIM மில் படிக்கும் மாணவர்கள் சொல்கிறார்கள்.

தான் தொடங்க இருக்கும் தொழில் Long term goal

ஆனால் அதற்கான முன் ஏற்பாடு short term goal இங்கு வேலை செய்து அனுபவத்தை கற்று பணத்தை ஈட்டி அதை long term Goal லில் முதலீடு செய்வார்களாம்.

முதல் 5 வருடத்தை தியாகம் செய்ய வேண்டும்.

தியாகம் என்பது அனுபவம்.

இது உயர்நிலை பிசினஸ் படிப்பில் இருக்கும் மாணவர்கள் எடுக்கும் strategy..

இது கொஞ்சம் ராணுவத்தில் உள்ள Short service போல உள்ளது இல்லையா ?

தவறான வழிகளில் போய் சாதிப்பதை விட சும்மா இருப்பது மேல் .

இது ஒரு வாழ்வியல் தத்துவம் தான்

இருந்தாலும் நல்ல வழிகளில் முன்னேற முயற்சிக்கலாம்

தவறான வழிகளில் செல்வது தான் தவறு

அப்படி செல்வதற்கு பதில் சும்மா கூட இருப்பது சிறப்பு 

என்று சொல்ல வருகிறேன்.

இதை பொருளாதார அடிப்படையிலும் சொல்லலாம்

நீங்கள் எந்த சூழலுடன் இதை ஒப்பிடலாம்.
