Work from Home Affects Health


For #Health:
Work from home is dangerous than working in office. Laziness and body weight gain may lead to health issues.
Daily 15 mins exercise should be compulsory. This must be lead by health experts and fitness trainer through video conferencing (sponsored by companies)
Companies should provide gap for that and should make it compulsory.
