முதலீடுகளுக்கு மூலதன ஆதாய வரி மட்டும் விதித்தால் போதும் வருமான வரி தேவையில்லை இதன்மூலம் மக்கள் அதிகபட்டம் 15% மட்டுமே வரி செலுத்துவார்கள்.

முதலீடுகள் அதிகரிக்கும்.

So that highest level of tax would be only 15% 

No need for collecting income tax for investments..

Because income taxes are collected at the source itself (TDS)
